Our Story

Blighty Booch Kombucha was created in 2018 by Mark and Alana. Frustrated with the lacklustre options available in UK stores, they decided to craft their own kombucha at home. As artists, they infused their creative spirit into the brewing process, carefully selecting the finest organic ingredients and using traditional fermentation methods.
This dedication to quality and craftsmanship quickly set their kombucha apart. Over the years, they have built a close-knit team of friends who share their vision and passion for health. Together, they strive to create exceptional kombucha and ensure it reaches as many people as possible, sharing not just a drink but a commitment to wellness and community.
- Our award-winning organic kombucha is small batch brewed in Conwy, Wales.
- We will never add artificial sweetners, force carbonate with added CO2, pasteurise or otherwise mess with our kombucha.
