Blighty Baby Kombucha Starter

BLIGHTY BABY ORGANIC SCOBY - MAKE YOUR OWN KOMBUCHA 

This is a beautiful little organic baby SCOBY and Starter Fluid for you to brew your own Kombucha at home.

Available in Black Tea or Green Tea starter fluid. This starter will make 750mL of Kombucha.

Order Blighty Baby on its own or save by bundling with Blighty Brew Organic Loose Leaf Tea. Each tea will create a different and unique Kombucha flavour experience.

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil 750ml of chlorine free water in a saucepan. 

• Stir in 45g sugar, mixing well.
• Allow tea to cool to 95° (black tea) or 85° (green tea), add 7g of tea - steep 10 minutes.
• Remove tea & allow to cool to room temperature.
• Put sweet tea in a 750ml glass jar. Add contents of this package (kombucha scoby & starter tea).
• Cover tightly with a cloth. Leave somewhere snuggly & dark for 5-7 days. Lullabies optional.
• Remove scoby & 75ml of liquid for next brew.
• Bottle remaining liquid in a clean airtight bottle. Leave for 3-7 days at room temp until fizzy.
• Enjoy cold.
• Start again! Experiment and find your perfect brew.

  Like fizzier booch? Just leave to ferment longer.
