"Gwnewch Y Pethau Bach": Celebrating St David’s Day with Blighty Booch

As a proud Welsh business, there is one day of the year that always holds a special place in our hearts here at the brewery. When March 1st rolls around, we love to take a moment to celebrate our heritage, our local community, and the beautiful landscape of North Wales that we get to call home.
In the famous last words of St David, the patron saint of Wales: “Gwnewch y pethau bach mewn bywyd” — “Do the little things in life.”
Doing the Little Things Right
That simple philosophy is something we take to heart every single day at Blighty Booch. When it comes to brewing authentic, living kombucha, there are no shortcuts. It is entirely about doing the little things right.
From carefully selecting the finest organic teas to nurturing our living SCOBY and patiently allowing the natural fermentation process to work its magic, it’s the small, daily details that create our award-winning flavour. We don't rush the process, because we know that doing the "little things" with care is what transforms a simple sweet tea into a profoundly refreshing, gut-friendly drink.
Proudly Brewed in Conwy, North Wales
Our roots are firmly planted in Conwy, North Wales. Being surrounded by such incredible natural beauty and a supportive local food and drink community constantly inspires us to maintain our traditional brewing methods. We are incredibly proud to put North Wales on the map for authentic, premium kombucha.
So, whether you are wearing your daffodil, pinning on a leek, or simply enjoying the first signs of spring, we would be honoured to bring the fizz to your St David’s Day celebrations.
Pop open a chilled bottle of our living tea, pour a glass, and raise a toast to doing the little things well.
