Big Blighty Baby Kombucha Starter

BIG BLIGHTY BABY ORGANIC SCOBY - MAKE YOUR OWN KOMBUCHA 

This is a beautiful organic baby SCOBY and Starter Fluid for you to brew your own Kombucha at home.

Available in Black Tea starter fluid, this starter will make 5L of Kombucha.

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil 5L of chlorine free water in a saucepan. 

• Stir in 300g sugar, mixing well.
• Allow tea to cool to 95° (black tea), add 45g of tea - steep 10 minutes.
• Remove tea & allow to cool to room temperature.
• Put sweet tea in a 5L glass jar. Add contents of this package (kombucha scoby & starter tea).
• Cover tightly with a cloth. Leave somewhere snuggly & dark for 5-7 days. Lullabies optional.
• Remove scoby & 500ml of liquid for next brew.
• Bottle remaining liquid in a clean airtight bottle. Leave for 3-7 days at room temp until fizzy.
• Enjoy cold.
• Start again! Experiment and find your perfect brew.

  Like fizzier booch? Just leave to ferment longer.
